EQT Advisor is a rules-based Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5. It executes a fixed process on gold, major currency pairs and Bitcoin inside a structured risk framework — no chart monitoring, no manual entries, no discretion.
*EQT Advisor can remain active around the clock. Trading is still subject to each instrument's market hours; Bitcoin may be available through weekends where supported by your broker.
Your licence is issued when payment clears and is tied to the MT5 account number you give at checkout. It stops working when the subscription ends.

You receive your licensed copy and a short install guide. Drop it on the chart, allow automated trading, and whitelist our licence server once in MT5 settings.

Once your live MT5 account is open and funded, write down the account number. You need it at checkout and the licence is locked to it.

EQT Finance BH is not Scope Markets and is not part of it. Your account, your funds and your trading relationship are with Scope, governed by their terms and their regulator. Read their documents before you deposit anything.
Deposits go to Scope. EQT Finance BH does not receive, hold or have access to your trading funds at any point, and cannot move money into or out of your account.
Scope may decline an application or may not accept clients from your country. If your account is not approved, the standard licence is still available at full price for a compatible MT5 broker and account type that permits Expert Advisors.

3.1 Licence. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use EQT Advisor on the single MetaTrader 5 account number supplied at checkout, for the duration of the subscription term.
3.2 Term. The subscription period begins when payment succeeds, not when you install the software. The licence expires at the end of the term and the Advisor stops trading at that point.
3.3 Restrictions. You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software, or attempt to circumvent the licensing system. Doing so terminates your licence immediately without refund.
3.4 Modified settings. The Advisor's inputs are locked because they reflect specific testing. Where a setting can be changed, changing it alters the system's behaviour and the expected profile no longer applies. Use of modified settings is entirely at your own risk.
3.5 Availability. We aim to keep the licence server available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted service. A short grace period applies for ordinary connection failures. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practical.
3.6 Suspension. We may suspend or revoke a licence for non-payment, breach of these terms, suspected fraud or chargeback, or where required by law.
3.7 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQT Finance BH is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the software, the website, or any interruption to either. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3.8 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade the instruments concerned in your country of residence. The Advisor is not offered where its use would be contrary to local law.
3.9 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction.

We do not refund trading losses, dissatisfaction with performance, changes to your broker or account, or failure to install or configure the software correctly. Refund requests should be sent to the address below within 14 days of purchase.
What we collect. Your name, email address, MetaTrader account number, broker account number where a discount is requested, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.
Why. To verify your identity and email, to issue and validate your licence, to confirm eligibility for a broker discount, to provide support, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing. With our payment provider to take payment, and with the relevant broker solely to confirm that a broker account exists and is active where you have requested a discount. We do not sell personal data.
Licence check-ins. While running, the Advisor periodically contacts our licence server to confirm your subscription is valid. These check-ins record the licence identifier, account number, software version and timestamp. They do not read your trades, balance or positions.
Retention. Account and transaction records are kept for as long as required by Bahraini law, then deleted.
Your rights. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion where we are not required to keep it, through our official support channels once published on this website.
